This is the easy part: ripping out what you don’t need. Of course it’s the most dramatic, too.
That first picture will become 1400 sq ft of heated warehouse space we’ll be renting. Know anyone who might be interested?
Below is the space that’ll be our kitchen. You can see that, right?
Another teaser: what you see in the next photo is the view from under the steel joists that will hold the floor for our atrium loft, which we’ll be renting out for events. It will be open to the roof, with just over 3000 sq ft of space. Book early, avoid the rush….
Last but not least, due to overwhelming demand we’ll be happy to accept comments here in the blogosphere. (Okay okay, the demand is mostly from our parents who want to kvell, but how can we say No?)

Hi Lynn and Skip – hearty congratulations on your bravery – tackling what seems to be an overwhelming task. But I know that you’ll accomplish it and go on to provide Philadelphia with sensational catered events.
by the way, a friend Dr. Aron Wahrman, was a guest at a Har Zion Barmitzvah held last Saturday and raved over the food catered by you.
Best wishes for a healthy, joyous and prosperous 2009
